RMA Procedures

Non-defective returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee Plus $20 Re-box Fee. Please go to troubleshooting check list before you requesting a RMA Number.

 

Requesting RMA On Line:

1. Click" Customer Care " link at the bottom of home page.

2. Click " Requesting an RMA" link.

3. Enter your Login Name and Password.

4. Enter your Order Number.

5. Select RMA Type. Either replacement or cross Ship( Deposit will be charge on the credit card for cross Ship)

6. Select the serial number on files which you are requesting for RMA.

7. Enter the description of the problem.

8. Click "Request RMA". and Print out the RMA Page.

9. Wait for our confirmation by e-mail within 48 hours.

8. Send in RMA follow the instruction from e-mail.

Requesting RMA By Phone:

Please provide the following information to monitoronsale.com. In order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number.

1. Order number and customer’s Invoice number from the packing slip.

2. The name of the product and Model Number, Serial Number for return.

3. Customer name.

4. Daytime Phone number

5. Reason for return (defective, DOA, Nondefective)

6. Customer e-mail address. If Any.

7. Please state if the product has been opened or not.



RMA Policy

Nondefective returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please go to troubleshooting check list before you send in your RMA.

1. monitoronsale.com will not accept any return without an RMA number.

2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within warranty period, either Call at us (888) 785-7288 or Requesting on the web

3. Please allow 48 hours for a RMA # to be issued if you request the RMA by phone.

4. Please allow 48 hours for a RMA # to be prove if you request the RMA online. Remember, you must receive the confirmation from us by e-mail before you send in your RMA.

4. RMA numbers are good for 30 days of the date issue.

5. All items must be in original condition with all packing material.

6. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.

7. The RMA number should clearly be displayed with a thick maker on each and every shipping label and on the original shipping box. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

8. All opened, Nondefective returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus shipping charge.

9. All return shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

10. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number.

11. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit( If it is return for refund).

12. For replacements, the new replacement will be released, when the original item is received,

13. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
