REFURBISHED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Monitoronsale.com warrants refurbished monitor product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days, 6 months(optional, Silver Plan) or 1 year(Optional, Platinum)  from the date of the original purchase of the refurbished product. Any product failure not originating from defects in materials or workmanship will not be considered covered under warranty.

In the unlikely event that your monitor should fail during its warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Monitoronsale.com will repair or replace, at its option, the entire monitor with a refurbished monitor of equal or greater value. In the case of the repair of a unit, monitoronsale.com will execute the repair and ship back to the customer within twenty (20) working days of receipt of the defective monitor. If a monitor cannot repair within that time, monitoronsale.com will ship a replacement unit of same or similar product.

For any warranty repair or replacement after first 30 day of purchase according to date of invoice, the customer is responsible for freight charges (two ways) and ship to   monitoronsale.com service center. All parts and labor warranty coverage listed above is limited by the exclusions listed below under "WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS". Repaired or replacement product will be warranted for 30 days after return receipt. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped to the customer in plain packaging at customer's cost. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This limited warranty does not cover the repair of cracked, scratched, broken or modified plastics; other cosmetic damage; or parts that have been altered, defaced or removed; or scratching, cracking or breakage of the CRT. This limited warranty does not apply to failures caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, improper shipping, acts of God or alterations and repairs not performed by monitoronsale.com or its authorized agents. This limited warranty does not cover repair of monitors whose display quality degrades through normal usage. Monitoronsale.com shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
