RMA Procedures

Please provide the following information to monitoronsale.com. In order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number.

1. Order number and customer’s Invoice number from the packing slip.

2. The name of the product and Model Number, Serial Number for return.

3. Customer name.

4. Daytime Phone.

5. Reason for return (defective, DOA, Nondefective)

6. Refund or a replacement?

7. Customer e-mail address. If Any.

8. Please state if the product has been opened or not.

RMA Policy

1. monitoronsale.com will not accept any return without an RMA number.

2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within warranty period, either Call at (888) 785-7288 or e-mail RMA@monitoronsale.com.

3. Please allow 48 hours for an RMA # to be issued.

4. RMA numbers are good for 30 days of the date issue.

5. All items must be in original condition with all packing material.

6. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.

7. The RMA number should clearly be displayed with a thick maker on each and every shipping label and on the original shipping box. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

8. All opened, Nondefective returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus shipping fee.

9. All return shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

10. Returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any courier that issues a tracking number.

11. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.

12. For replacements, the new replacement will be released, when the original item is received,

13. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.

Refund Policy

If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. All Nondefective returns are subject to a restocking fee ( 10% ). Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via e-mail or call (888) 785-7288 within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

For Defective Return, Please record full details of the problem that you had experience & return with RMA units. No refund will be accept without full details information. Also Our Tech department will evaluate the problem with return to verify (Shipping Charge is Nonrefundable ).

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number.

The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.

In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

There will be a $20.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box.

All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.

All Nondefective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

Some Special items may only be returned for a replacement and not for a refund. Please Check the details when you place a order.

Shipping policy

monitoronsale.com will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. Plus shipping handling. For any shipment that is refused(except physical damage )or you mistyping Shipping address when you order it on line. You will automatically be charge shipping fee base on  shipping invoice.

Same Day Shipping: If you place your order by 5:00 p.m. EST Mon - Fri, and the products are  in stock, your order will be shipped that day. Monitoronsale.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO Address. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

Replacement Policy

Thank you for your purchase! monitoronsale.com is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department within 30 days at (888) 785-7288 or e-mail address: monitoronsale@monitoronsale.com to request a replacement.

Please prepare the following information when requesting a replacement: (refer to packing slip)

1. Order Number

2. Bill-to zip code

3. Bill-to phone number

Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

1. All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).

2. If items damage by freight due to missing or broken package form, you are responsible for it.

3. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

4. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don’t send your package(s) via the US Mail.)

5. you must ship the RMA Unit back to us at your cost. We will ship the replacement via ups ground. Free of charge.

6. You must e-mail tracking numbers for every package shipped, to RMA@monitoronsale.com or call at (888) 785-7288.

Purchasing Extended Warranty

Thank you for your purchase! monitoronsale.com is confident in the quality of our products. All monitors that you purchased only come with 30 days warranty. However you can purchase warranty separately. Currently, we have Silver Plan ( 6 months warranty ) and Platinum Plan ( 1 year warranty) available. You can purchase one of this plan when you placing your order. However, you can still purchase one of this warranty plan within 30 days of invoice date in case you did not purchase at the first time. Sales Tax

monitoronsale.com is located in the state of California and is only obligated to withhold 8.25% sales tax for delivery within that state. If you live outside of California, you do not pay any sales tax!
