4 Hours Burn-In
After a monitor is been aligned. It will be moved to our Custom-built burn in room/test area where our QC technicians
Will perform the following testing procedures:
1.) Initial Testing (functional test when the monitor is been warn up for 1-2 hours)
2.) Burn In Test (running 4-hour burn in test with video signal Plus in)
3.) Final Test (functional test after 4-hour burn in)
3.) If Monitor passed======== Send to Cleaning Area.
3.) If Monitor Fail======== Send back to Alignment Area and Mark" Reject" on Traveler.
